What is Axi MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants connect to external tools and live data. Axi MCP uses it to give Claude permissioned access to your Axi trading account, so you can check live data and manage your positions from the chat.

Market lookup
Search and filter every market available on your account.
Live prices
Current bid, ask and last price for any market.
Open positions
Entry price, current price and open result of each position.
Place trades
Open a buy or sell position, with an optional stop-loss and take-profit.
Modify positions
Update the stop-loss and take-profit on an open position.
Close positions
Close any position in full or in part.
Trade history
Your filled orders with entry and exit prices.
Price history
Historical prices for any market, to support your analysis.
Stay in control
Your login stays with AxiClaude never sees it. The connection is encrypted and you can disconnect at any time.
You approve every trading actionClaude cannot act on its own. Every trade starts with your instruction and needs your approval.

Get started in three steps

Open your Axi account
Choose a live or demo account on the newer of the two third-party desktop platforms Axi offers. You can connect once it is active.

Add Axi MCP in Claude
Log in to Claude.ai, go to Customize, then Connectors. Click Add, name it Axi MCP, enter https://mcp.axi.com/mcp and complete the connector settings.

Sign in and approve
Sign in to Axi and click Accept. Check that Axi MCP shows as connected, then review its permissions.

Which Axi accounts can connect?
Live and demo accounts on the newer of the two third-party desktop platforms Axi offers. Not with Axi yet? Choose that platform when you open your account, then connect it in Claude once the account is active.
Can Claude place trades without my instruction?
No. Every action starts with your instruction, and Claude cannot act on its own.
Can Claude move my money?
No. Deposits, withdrawals and transfers stay inside Axi under standard authentication. Claude has no access to fund movements.
